Clinical Case Testimonial – SABIA

Home / Testimonial

Sabia is a 9-year-old spayed female Labrador Retriever diagnosed with bilateral grade 4 hip dysplasia and elbow dysplasia. Despite undergoing a total hip replacement three years prior and being managed with multimodal pain control, her mobility remained severely compromised. She exhibited reluctance to rise and significant discomfort during routine activity.

Sabia was enrolled in the VetREnew stem cell clinical trial due to insufficient response to conventional treatment. At the time of enrollment, her quality of life was significantly impacted, with marked limitations in movement and persistent pain.

Sixteen weeks post-treatment, Sabia demonstrated notable clinical improvement. Her mobility increased, pain levels decreased, and her overall activity and comfort levels improved significantly, with no adverse effects reported.

This case highlights the potential benefits of VetREnew stem cell therapy as a complementary treatment for advanced degenerative joint disease in geriatric canine patients who have plateaued on standard therapeutic protocols.
